Once a week lessons offered Tuesday and Thursday evening and Saturday morning

Turbo Swim Lessons offered 4 days a week for 2 weeks
Session 1: June 17-June 27
Session 2: July 1-July 11 (no class on july 4)
Session 3: July 15-July 25
Session 4: July 29-August 8

Program Fee $59 for members or $88 for nonmembers

Junior Patriots Level 5: Tuesday @ 5:45pm, Thursday @ 5:45pm, Saturday @ 8:30 or 10:15am

Junior Patriots Leel 5: Tuesday @ 6:35pm, Thursday @ 6:35pm, Saturday @ 9:20am

PreComp: Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:15 and Friday 5:30-6:15 (If there is not a swim meet happening)

 

LEVEL 5: Must be able to swim front stroke and back stroke for 15 yards without stopping. We work on building endurance and technique of front stroke and back stroke for a longer distance. Most of the class will be taught in deep water (when space is available). Introduction to kneeling dives, tuck surface dives, open turns and being able to tread water for 45 seconds.

LEVEL 6: Must be able to swim front stroke and back stroke for 15 yards while maintaining form of the strokes. We work on increasing endurance level. Class is primarily held in deepr water, includes an introduction to diving. Introduction to flip turns, pike surface dives, standing dives, and being able to tread water for 1 minute.

 

Pre-Competition
: Must be able to swim one full length of front stroke and one full length of back stroke without stopping to be able to participate in this level. We work on endurance for the first 3-4 weeks while learning the drills of freestyle.
