Review Floating & Kicking
  • I can float on my stomach & kick my feet in streamline position:  ____ yards and still need practice   ___ 5 yards or more!

Getting ready for Arm Strokes

  • I can flutter kick on my stomach:  ___ with a kickboard keeping my toes pointed on top of the water,   ___ without a kickboard in streamline position, pointed toes on top of the water, using body rotation
