Shark Level 4 (6 & Older) - Building the Basic Skills

Times this class will meet once a week:

Tuesday: 4:00pm, 5:45pm

Thursday: 4:00pm, 5:45pm

Saturday: 8:30am, 10:15am

Floating & Kicking Review

  • I can push off the wall in streamline position kicking my feet:  ___ on my stomach then roll onto my back   ___ on my back then roll onto my stomach
  • I can push off the wall:  ___ On my stomach in streamline kicking   ___ On my back in streamline kicking
  • I can flutter kick continuously with kick at the surface for:  ___ yards

 

Arm Stroke Review
