Mind-Body Classes
BODYFLOWÖ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLSÖ programs, a new BODYFLOWÖ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
This class focuses on improving flexibiity, toning, & Strength for the whole body, utilizing stability balls, weights & your own resistance without building bulk.
Learn why this ancient practice is still so effective fro increasing muscle strength and enhancing flexibility. Breathing techniques are also taught that will increase concentration and relieve stress. Class consists of gentle warm-up movements, followed by classic yoga postures and ending in deep relaxation. This class is appropriate for beginners and more experienced students since the instructor will show variations for each posture that will be attainable for everyones fitness and flexibility level.
A class for all levels taught with a combination of yoga and pilates moves to stretch, strengthen and tone the whole body, ending with a 5 minute relaxation.
