GROUP FITNESS classes are free

Group Fitness Classes RecPlex offers a friendly, welcoming environment that encourages group fitness participation. Our certified instructors teach safe, well-cued classes designed to increase strength, improve flexibility, or challenge cardiovascular endurance.

Our world class programs include BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyStep, BodyVive, BodyCombat, and RPM and also encompass classes such as cycling, low impact aerobics, dance fusion, and Zumba.

Our classes deliver the results people want! Great music and passionate instructors inspire exhilarating workouts that more and more members & guests are making part of their regular fitness routine.

Starting in January 2014, Group Fitness classes are FREE for RecPlex members. Non-members may attend by purchasing a Day Pass. No registration is required – just come on in! Classes are offered on a monthly basis.

Monthly schedules will be posted online and available at the Fitness Center Desk and at Guest Services.
