BODYATTACK™ BodyAttack™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout with high energy interval training combining strength and stabilization exercises.

 

BODYCOMBAT™   BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYCOMBAT™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography.

 

BODYPUMP™  BODYPUMP™ is a strenght endurance class where muscles & music collide. It is designed to get you the maximum results in the shortest time.

 

BODYSTEP™   BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYSTEP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.   

 

BODYV3.1™  BodyV3.1 ia a total body workout that integrates cardio, strength, and core. A fun high energy class for evey level. There are inspirational instructors and music to motivate you. Best of all, you’re left fizzing with energy, so you can really take life on! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYV3.1™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

 

BOSU + Core - This total body workout combines strength and cardio with an extra serving of balance training to give you a serious core workout.  

 

Cardio & Strength Combo- A quick and powerful strength training class. This class uses weights, tubing, fitness balls, medicine balls, dumbells, ets. Proper technique and form are emphasized to create a workout that is effective, fun, and safe. "Power" adds an element of cardiovascular conditioning.

 

CXWORX™ - it's ideal for tightening your tummy & butt, while improving functional strength.  

 

Cycling Buns Barre- Fifteen minutes of high intenisty bike training along with fifteen minutes of core work. All followed by fifteen minutes of Barre method training.

 

Cycling & Core - Challenging cycling workout with ab & back training.

 

Cycling Stages - Teaching with power metrics takes your indoor cycling class from average to extraordinary. Utilizes te stages computer, let the numbers drive your ride.

 

Cycling & Strong - Get cycling, cardio & strength training. Alternate each track between a high energy cardio routine on the bike, with off-the-bike work on strength & core development.

 

Dance Fitness- Work up a sweat, tone muscle, and get a great cardio workout while dancing to a variety of music, including pop, hip-hop, and international rhythms. A fun and inspiring way to burn calories while you let loose and get down!

 

FleX Press Circuit- Get you heart rate up and your muscles pumping in this circuit based class that combines cardio and strength training!

 

Fit 4 Life - A moderately challenging class for all levels that has a little of everything: cardio, toning, abs, stretching.  

 

Interval Cycling - Challenging cardio workout combining interval sprint training, climbs, & speed bursts to burn the max amount of calories.  

 

Maxtoning- Challenge yourself to the next level, using barbells, weights, bench, & your own body weight. High intensity, but can be adjusted for all levels.

 

 

Phat Attack - A high energy, fat burning workout incorporating traditional high-low impact movements including strength, plyometrics, & core workout.

 

PiYo-  PiYo Strength shares the core conditioning foundations of yoga and pilates, and builds into a rhythmic, dynamic and intense workout designed to build strength and gain flexibility.

 

 

RPM™ - the indoor cycling class where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music   Stretch & Tone - Great for beginning exercisers or anyone looking to balance out their workouts. Easy to follow exercises & stretches designed to help improve flexibility, improve joint mobility, & core strength.

 

Strength 4 Life- A moderately challenging class for all levels that has a little of everything; cardio, strength, toning, abs, and stretching.

 

Turbokick™- A party-like workout based on fun! Largely motivated by music to move through choreographed kickboxing and martial arts moves. You will sweat, get results, and have a blast!

 

Xtreme Fitness- An estreme workout with plyometrics, pure cardio, cardio abs, & recovery.

 

Zumba™- A cardio dance fitness workout with energetic music with Latin steps. (Meringue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Mambo, & more)

 

Zumba Toning™- Dynamic lightweight resistance training & exciting international rythyms help build muscle strength, increase bone density & improve mobility & posture.
