Aqua Flow

Experience safe & effective movement for the body.  The water provides support & gentle resistance, increased range of motion & reduced stiffness & pain.

Aqua Zumba

Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.  Click here for video clip

Deep Water Treking

Experience a unique form of exercise taking place in deep water. Class is held inthe Auqa Arena.  Participants will wear a buoyancy belt to keep them vertical & chest deep in the water.

H2O Interval

A low-intensity class with cardio & strength exercises. Aqua dumbbells & STEPS are used to add resistance & challenge all fitness levels.

WATERinMOTION®

WATERinMOTION® is the newest aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body. With land equivalent intensity, fantastic sing-along quality music, and dynamic instructors, enjoy the pure fun of this 60 minute water extravaganza.  Aqua-phobes will forever become aqua-FANS when they “Catch the Wave”!

Water in Motion goes deep

Dive into the deep pool for the new wave in aqua exercise. Make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that will help tone and taper the body. Water in Motion Deep has no impact on joints. It is a high energy challenge for participants of all skill and fitness levels. Buoyancy belts and noodles are used to help provide core training. Fantastic sing-along quality music and dynamic instruction provide energy and fun for this water workout extravaganza.
