FreeMotion Training is a combination of toning, core & strength training.  The focus is oncontinuous movements that target all muscle groups for overall condittioning.

Yoga-Pilates

BODYFLOW™

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYFLOW™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Focuses on improving flexability, toning & strength for the whole body, utilizing stability balls, wieghts & your own resistance without building bulk.

Yoga: Basic  

Teaches yoga poses while impriving your flexilibilty & lengthening muscles.  It will also develop relaxation technques.  Perfect for the new student.  You will also learn the principals of alignment & introductory poses. Suitable for all levels.
