Judy has worked with clients to reach fitness and wellness goal over the past 16 years. She believes in an holistic approach to fitness that incorporates total mind and body wellness. Judy teaches BodyStep, RPM and BodyFlow, Forever Fit, Beginner Yoga, and toning classes. She believes that “variety is the key to fun and fitness improvement.” Thus, one should focus on all three components of fitness: cardio, strength and flexibity.
