Mike is a former cross country & track runner, and is experienced with proper running mechanics as well as body fat reduction. He is thoroughly knowledgeable in strength training. His knowledge allows a wide range of clients to achieve their goals quickly & effectively. He is also knowledgeable in corrective stretching techniques involving basic to advanced flexibility exercises to help promote proper postural alignment. His training programs ensure the safety of the client while using optimum training techniques to help them achieve their health & fitness goals.
