I am passionate about fitness and nutrition and am dedicated to being a partner in improving the lives of others. I will work with you to develop a personalized exercise program that is not only fun, challenging and results oriented, but also increases your understanding of a vital and balanced lifestyle.


My teaching/training programs emphasizes functional strength, high-intensity interval and mobility training that not only challenges your muscles, metabolic and cardiovascular system, but also the link between the mind and the body. I believe in passing on as much education as you are interested in, so you know what you’re doing and why; enabling you to have the knowledge and confidence to work out independently and sustain a healthy and vital lifestyle outside of the gym.


I am a Kenosha native with a diverse athletic background. Throughout my life I have participated and competed in triathlons, cross-country running, yoga, cycling, long distance trail running (marathons, ultra-marathons) and a solo 1,000 mile bike ride. I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor and teach Yoga and other fitness classes at the Rec Plex.
