Judy has worked with clients to reach their fitness and wellness goal over the past 16 years. Judy enjoys teaching: step, toning, Fit 4 Life, yoga, and pilates classes. She believes that “variety is the key to fun and fitness improvement.” Thus, one should focus on all three components of fitness: cardio, strength and flexibility.
