RecPlex RUN Training is a great way to develop your training plan while creating a fun, group training environment, focused on education and the fostering of long-term fitness development. Our training coaches seek to motivate and inspire those who have never participated in endurance sports, as well as seasoned athletes who wish to gain an edge on their competition.
RecPlex training programs encompass all levels of running, triathlon/multisport, strength and core development. Each training will address personal athletic growth; honing form and technique, improving connection through the core and strengthening the mind.
