Speed, Agility, & Resistance (SAR) Training

SAR training is designed to enhance the athletes speed and quickness, while also increasing strength & flexibility. Training has plyometric exercises which forces the athlete to utilize their fast-twitch muscle fibers. Some of the areas of focus include:

  • Explosive speed, agility, and strength
  • Running form & stretching techniques
  • Muscular strength, power & cardio
  • Vertical leap
