Weigh-ins: Your initial weigh-in should be completed on Monday, November 7, 2016 between 7:30am-7:30pm.  Your final weigh-in should be completed by January 6, 2017 between 7:30am-7:30pm.

Your Thin It To Win It Participant Packet is picked up during your initial weigh-in  

Perks for Challenge Participants Only- Weekly emails with healthy eating recipes and weekly workout suggestions

Awards

The overall individual winner will receive: 

1 year free membership to the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex

Three, 1 hour one on one personal training sessions

Two, 1 hour massages

 

Individual winner- The person who loses the greatest percentage of weight during the competition

1:1 Personal Training       3 sessions for $119

Small Group Training       3 sessions for $69  (this pkg is for 2-4 participants; fee is per person)
