Train Where You Race!
This course will prepare new & experienced triathletes for the Pleasant Prairie Sprint & International Triathlon on Sunday June 22 at the RecPlex. Training plans will be available for novice triathletes, intermediate triathletes, and experienced triathletes for both the Spring and the International distances. A duathlon training plan is also available for anyone planning on that race. Training will be conducted by Ken Johnson, USA Triathlon certified coach.

Pleasant Prairie Triathlon Drop-In Workout
Are you a triathlete preparing for the Pleasant Prairie race? Can’t or didn’t sign up for the Pleasant Prairie training class? We are now offering a Drop-in option for Pleasant Prairie triathlon workouts. Sunday mornings, 7-9am, at the RecPlex, Lake Andrea, or another training location.
TRI Training drop-in is $10 for RecPlex members, $15 for non-members. You must register at the Guest Services Desk at the RecPlex in advance and bring your receipt to the workout. You cannot sign up at the workout itself.
Conquor the Open Water Workout
Join us for open water swimming at Lake Andrea the three Tuesdays before the Pleasant Prairie Triathlons on June 22. Each session with include triathlon open water swim skills followed by a swim workout. The third class session will be a swim across Lake Andrea. Wetsuits are welcomed!
