Aerobic & anaerobic cycling workout & run intervals. For triathletes, this brick workout modification will help improve the anaerobic & muscular endurance you need for racing. 
Danskin Triathlon Training
The Woman who starts the race is not the same woman who finishes the race. This 10 week training will prepare you for the Danskin Triathlon. Training will be conducted by Ken Johnson, USA Triathlon coach. 
Indoor Tri Prep Camp
New to triathlons or ready to get a start on the 2012 race season? These workouts will prepare you for our Indoor Triathlons & use those skills to race triathlons this summer. Each session will cover the Indoor Tri's swim, bike, run & transitions. At the end of your session you'll compete in one of our races.  
Pleasant Prairie Tri Training
This 10-week course will prepare new & experienced triathletes for the Pleasant Prairie Sprint & International Triathlon on Sun, June 24 at the RecPlex. Participants should have completed at least one Sprint distance triathlon. Class includes Conquer the Open Water Clinic on June 10. Training will be conducted by Ken Johnson, USA Triathlon certified coach. 
TRI Clinic
Join the growing rank of triathletes from ages 7 through 70. Even if you've never been swimming in a lake, ridden a bike for more than a few miles or even run a mile, you can train to complete a triathlon thissummer( including the three held right here in Pleasant Prairie). This clinic will teach you what you needto know to get started. Clinic is free but registration is required. Limited space available. 
TRI Prep Workshop
Half-day race preparation training sessions for for the Chicagoland Danskin Triathlon. The camp is held on the race course at the RecPlex in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Training Includes: - Open Water Swims in Lake Andrea - Guided bike rides of the bike course - Runs on the run course - Race venue and transition overview - Race simulation
