5k Prep Camp, Run with the Turkeys         

 

Saturday morning eight week training program to take you from the couch to the finish line. Whether you have never run before, or you have started and lost motivation, we will help you to improve run technique and endurance, learn how to properly warm-up and cool down, and how to prevent running injuries. Instructing the course is ACE certified personal trainer, runner and Iron Girl Wellness Presenter Judy Olson.

 

October 14 - November 18 plus Run with the Turkeys Race Entry

 

Saturdays, 8:00am-9:00am

 

Fees: $69 (No class October 29)
