  Pre & Post Fitness Assessments As part of the Workout 2 Lose program, you have the option of receiving a Pre & Post Fitness Assessment. Your FREE Pre-Fitness Assessment will take place January 7 8:30-11:00am and 5:30-7:30pm as a drop in basis; & the Post-Fitness Assessment March 4.


.   Weekly Weigh-ins Your initial weigh-in should be done on Monday, January 7(or Sunday January 6) at your convenience. All weekly weigh-ins must be completed on Sundays: 7:30am-5:30pm or Mondays: 5:00am-9:00pm. WO2L Participant Packets  can be picked up during your initial weigh-in. Weekly results are emailed to participants each week. Results are reported in % of weight loss and recorded by partiticpant number, not by name!


   WO2L Workout Cards These are a WO2L favorite. You will receive a WO2L punch card in your packet, as you complete an activity, stop by the Fitness Desk to have them sign & date that activity. As you fill your card, you can turn your card in at the Fitness & pick-up a new card.


  WO2L Group Fitness Classes Each card will provide  the opportunity to attend  FREE upgraded classes. In your packet you will receive a Group Fitness Activity Card. Please have the instructor of the class date & sign your card. You must complete a minimum of 10 classes on your card to get a new one. Each card will include the opportunity to include at least 2 Mind & Body, Trainer-Led Signature Series, or Aqua Fitness classes. You may receive up to 3 cards during the program.


Benchmark Fitness Goals-  The first week, you will  come in pick your cardio equipment, complete the assessment & set your benchmark goal for the last week of the program. The last week you will come back in to see if you have reached your goal!


   Individual Challenges To help you keep motivated – the trainers have come up with a series of individual challenges that you can do throughout the program– you’re guaranteed to have fun with these! Weekly Results: Each week you will see updated results for teams and individuals. These will be e-mailed to you so make sure we have your correct email.


NEW!!! You will have the opportunity to work with a trainer one on one to set your goals for the program. You will also be provided a tracking document to help you reach success in meeting your individual goals!
