Patriots House Hockey

The Pleasant Prairie RecPlex is excited to announce the formation of a "new" house hockey program, the Pleasant Prairie Patriots.  The Patriots will participate in the North Shore Youth Hockey League for the 2011/2012 season.  We hope to have teams at the Mite, Squirt, PeeWee and Bantam levels.  Practices start mid-September and games begin mid October.  Teams play a 16 game schedule and participate in a season-end tournament (3-4 games).  

USA Hockey Registration  - All participants of the Patriots House Hockey League will need to provide a copy of their child's USA Hockey Registration (Print the confirmation and turn it in with your parent packet).  Click the link below to start the registration process!

Below you will find the Patriots registration packet and handbook.  Each player is required to submit a completed registration packet prior to the start of the season.  Please take some time to fill out the required information if your child is participating.  We also ask that you take a moment to read through the Patriots Handbook as it contains vital information regarding the 2011-2012 season.

 House League Age Divisions (based on birth year)

Fees                    

Member:  $700         Non-member:  $800

 * Goalies receive a $150 discount on season fees if they provide their own equipment

* The slight increase in price is going toward team jackets

Registration is available on a first come first serve basis.  A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration (applicable toward season fees).  In the event a child cannot be placed on a team, the deposit will be refunded.   50% of the remaining balance will be due October 1, 2011 and the rest is due December 1, 2011.

House League Evaluations - September 11, 2011

In order to properly balance all teams, participation in the evaluation session is extremely important.  There is only one session, so please make every effort to attend!
