Volunteer Orientation meeting
You will be notified regarding a mandatory Volunteer Orientation meeting, which is held the week of the race, that you must attend.Wednesday, June 22, 2011 3:00pm & 6:00pm. Two meetings are scheduled to hopefully accommodate everyone's schedule. The meetings promise to be succinct and informative. Volunteer Tips
On event day, you may be outside for several hours, so be sure to bring sunscreen, plenty of water, snacks, and a hat if you wish. The race will be held rain or shine. If it is raining, we still need our volunteers to come out!!!

Afterwards
Once you have completed your assignment, please check in at the Volunteer Check-in Area for a new assignment and refreshments. Chances are good that we may need you in other areas. We are expecting the race to be over around NOON.

Directions to the race site
From the south - take I-94 north to Exit 347 at Highway 165. Travel east on 165, turn left on Terwall Terrace into Prairie Springs Park to the RecPlex.
