COVID Update

We know this has not been an easy time and that everyone is looking forward to getting back into their routine. The threat however is not over, so we will continue to keep everyone safe at our facility. Our management team has created our new best practices to bring everyone back safely. We have great members and we are confident that everyone will adhere to the best practices and be respectful of each other, as we return to the facility.

Please review all documents:
RecPlex Guidelines

These best practices include:
• Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, and nose
• Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people
• Do not gather in groups
• Members please clean equipment before and after every use with provided supplies
• Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before and after exercising
For your safety and ours:
• Members are required to wear masks or Face shield, if medically unable to wear mask, EXCEPT when actively working out.
• Extra cleaning, especially in high contact areas
• Members please wipe each piece of fitness equipment, before and after use
• Increased sanitizing wipe stations

Phase I Facility Re-opening Guidelines:
1. Members must access the facility through the RecPlex entrance (access will not be permitted through the Ice Arena entrance)
2. Limit of 65 people in fitness center for a recommended 1-hour time limit with limited fitness classes
3. Day Pass sales are temporarily unavailable, but Guest Passes are available
4. Small fitness equipment check out will be limited
6. Lap swimming is available in both pools but limited to 2 swimmer per lane and the waterpark play areas will be limited (check website for scheduled hours)
7. Kids Court will be open but pre-registration will be required (An email will be sent on Thursday with the link for registration)
8. Limited numbers of lockers will be available along with showers
9. Fieldhouse open for non-competitive play (1 person/hoop)
10. Racquetball and sauna is temporarily closed
11. Drinking waters fountains and food concessions temporarily unavailable.
12. No public equipment available in the Fieldhouse, waterpark or aqua arena (items brought from home may be used, but not left at the RecPlex and sharing of the items is only allowed with members of your household)

The above listed guidelines will remain in place until future notice.

Working in conjunction with Kenosha County and referencing the Badger Bounce Back Plan, we have created a balanced approach to re-opening to safe guard our members and staff while still allowing access to the facility. We truly appreciate your patience and support over the upcoming months as we navigate through this unprecedented event.
