Signature Series Trainer-Led Classes 

We invite you to discover what so many of our clients already know - Trainer-Led Classes can make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible. Whether it's the great music, the fun atmosphere, the motivation from the trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in programming, our clients love our group training sessions. We have designed our group training schedule to offer flexibility and a balanced approach to fitness. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or relax and rejuvenate, we've got a group training session for you!

Signature Series Trainer-Led Classes are for Members Only.

Purchase a Class Drop In Package to attend Trainer Led and Mind Body classes.

Use your drop in passes to attend class by registering through the RecPlex app, online, or stop by the Fitness Desk.
All Signature Series classes are included for FREE with Preferred Memberships and VIP Memberships, but registration IS required All members, at any level, MUST register for classes Classes are offered on a monthly basis. Monthly schedules will be posted online and available at the Fitness Center Desk and at Guest Services.

Class Descriptions

FREE MOTION FITNESS  I  AGES 14+

Toning, core & strength training. The focus is on continuous movements that target all muscle groups for overall conditioning. 

G.I.T FIT I  INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED

Group Interval Training with interval circuits alternating high-moderate intensity, using kettlebells, disc, bosu balls, steps, plobox, logs, punching bags. 
MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS (ALL) I AGES 14+ A full-body strength and conditioning workout, with various bodyweight exercises within boxing rounds to create a high-intensity boxing fitness experience.

TRX I  INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCE

Develop strength, endurance & balance utilizing your own body weight with TRX straps, Kettle bells & Discs.
TRX PILATES  I AGES 14+ 
Improves flexibility, toning & strength for the whole body, using TRX, weights & your own resistance. 


W.O.W. WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
 I  AGES 14

Strength, coordination, balance & core workouts.
