RecPlex Sports Performance Training programs offer a variety of training packages for the athletes in your family. If you or your athlete is looking to .... run faster, jump higher, get stronger, our performance coaches can develop programs to increase speed, explosive power, coordination, balance, and more.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING 

We offer a variety of personal training programs for athletes of all ages & skills levels: adult athletes, college athlete, high school athlete, pre-teen athlete, recreational athlete, we have trainers that will help you reach your goals.

GROUP TRAINING 

We offer training programs for groups of no more than 8. Training programs include it all: speed, quickness, explosive power, agility, acceleration, coordination, balance, mechanics and mental toughness. Group Trainings will be led by a Performance Coach and will be set-up with groups that have the same goals & age development range.

TEAM TRAINING 

Training with your team is one of the most effective ways to train. We will create sport specific programs that will improve speed, agility, explosiveness, core strength and more within a team environment. We not only measure success in seeing your times decrease and your strength, power and flexibility increase, but more importantly we design our programs to give you game time results. Our program will deliver functional and applicable strength, speed and power that carries over into your game.
