We invite you to discover what so many of our clients already know - Trainer-Led Workouts can make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible.   Whether it’s the great music, the fun atmosphere, the motivation from the trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in programming, our clients love our group training sessions. We have designed our group training schedule to offer flexibility and a balanced approach to fitness.   Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or relax and rejuvenate, we’ve got a group training session for you!  

 

Signature Series Trainer-Led Workouts are for Members Only. No Non-member registration and classes are not included with Day Passes.  

 

First class - $43/monthSecond class - $33/monthThird class - $23/monthAll Signature Series classes are included for FREE with Exercise level membership, but registration IS requiredAll members, at any level, MUST register for classes   Classes are offered on a monthly basis. Monthly schedules will be posted online and available at the Fitness Center Desk and at Guest Services.

Class Descriptions:  

TRX Functional Strength & Core - Develop power, strength, balance, and mobility with effective full-body strength training.  

TRX45 - Engage your muscles with a non-stop workout, building overall strength, balance, and endurance.  

TRX Circuit Training - Develop core power and improve muscular endurance with a full body workout using the TRX straps and various other equipment.

Basic Kickboxing - Get in the best shape of your life with this high energy kickboxing self-defense class using bags. This no-contact class will improve strength, flexibility, and balance using kicks and punches. Provide your own gloves/wraps or purchase some at the fitness desk.  

Women on Weights - Learn new training tips from our trainer in a group setting. Your trainer will assess your current fitness level and set you up on a personalized plan and progress you based on your needs!  

FreeMotion Fitness - Toning, core, & strength training. The focus is on continuous movements that target all muscle groups for overall conditioning.  

Fusion Strength - Improve your bone density, muscle tone, balance, and strength with this weight bearing workout. This class is 45 minutes which includes strenght using Freemotion Cable Columns, hand weights, body bars, and balance balls followed by a full body cool down;/stretch. Can be modified for all levels.  

G.I.T. Fit - Group Interval Training structured with interval circuits, alternating high-moderate intensity using kettlebells, disc, Bosu balls, steps, plyoboxes, logs, punching bags…
